Monday Made It

It's the 4th of July!Happy Birthday 240th Birthday America!

Happy Monday friends! I am linking up with Tara from 4th Grade Frolics for my first Monday Made It of the summer!

In my last post I shared that I am moving grade levels because I am looping with my class. Hooray! They only down side is that I have to move to a classroom that is WAY smaller. I'm looking at the bright side of things though and looking at this as an opportunity for new classroom decor. So my Monday Made It's are to pretty up my new digs yet be functional.

I got to making some new number posters for my classroom. I love having bright colors against a black background. It makes everything POP! Last year my Vocabulary bulletin board was set up like this so I decided to make it into my theme for my whole classroom this year. Brights on Black!

So continuing with this theme I had to make a new alphabet set because it is time to retire the one that keeps fallen off my wall.

I made a set in both D'Nealian Print and Cursive!

Aren't bright colors fun?! There are a few more items that I am going to add to these sets but that will have to be saved for another Monday Made It! ;)

  2. Love the bright colors, so cute! Good luck looping, one reason I don't want to leave 3rd grade is because of my room! We have the biggest rooms and most storage in our wing (it's only 4 years old)and I really don't want to leave it.

    1. Thanks Jessica! Moving rooms was probably THE BIGGEST reason I didn't want to switch grade levels, especially since I have to move to a much smaller trailer. But I am glad it's forcing me to purge. Lol #teacherhoarder
